Walk Behind Bituminous Applicators
The Downing push buggy model 1001 is great for the small to medium size jobs. With 16” wheels and a 10” swivel caster it has great mobility. With gate valves on both sides material can be dispensed from either side of the unit. The redesigned lever is easer and smooth for less arm fatigue. A line Driver can be hooked to the unit for medium size jobs. Easy to use controls and competitive price makes this unit a great fit with contractors and state DOT’s.
Trailer Mounted Bituminous Applicators
A self-contained trailer unit with everything you need to get the job done efficiently. The trailer comes with a 9.5hp Kohler engine, compressor and 2000 watt generator. A 39 gallon vat with agitator and easy to use controls for lighting and maintaining temperature. An operator seat low to the ground to apply bitumen and reflector for less fatigue on the body. The trailer is constructed from 2” square tube with welded joints making it a solid unit for safe highway travel.
